Coping with the Holidays - Bereavement Workshop
For those who have experienced the loss of a loved one, holidays can be a time filled with sadness, loneliness, and grief. Yet also holidays can be a time of gratitude and honoring family members and dear friends who are no longer with us. This workshop will offer the opportunity for people to meet with others who are coping with loss and find connections and comfort through the grieving experience. Good Shepherd will also offer tips and suggestions gleaned from other bereaved people that have helped them cope in the past.
