As a complement to our current hospice and palliative care services, HEARTplay and Camp Erin, two Metrowest-based grief programs for youth have recently become a part of Good Shepherd Community Care.
Heartplay is a heart-centered bereavement program designed to serve children, teens and young adults of all abilities who are coping with the death of an important person in their lives or with a life-limiting illness.
Camp Erin Boston is a free bereavement camp for youth who are grieving the death of a significant person in their lives.
These programs will allow for the continued growth of grief and bereavement programming for youth and families in our community.
